Our Policy:-
1. Booking & Payment Policy
- Reservation Fee: A non-refundable retainer fee of [40 %] is required to secure your date. No booking is confirmed until this payment is received.
- Final Balance: The remaining balance must be cleared Two days before the event or immediately upon completion of the shoot.
- Pricing Integrity: Our “Better Price” promise is based on current market rates; any additional hours requested on the day of the shoot will be billed at an hourly rate.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Client Cancellation: If a client cancels, the retainer fee is forfeited to cover the loss of potential bookings.
- Rescheduling: We allow one reschedule per booking if notified at least [48-72] hours in advance, subject to Prajwal M’s availability.
- Weather Policy: For Nature, Moon, and Outdoor Landscape shoots, we reserve the right to reschedule if weather conditions threaten the safety of the equipment or the quality of the shots.
3. Creative Rights & Usage
- Copyright: yourones.clicks (Prajwal M) retains the copyright to all images.
- Personal Use: Clients receive a license for personal use (printing, social media sharing). Commercial use or selling the images requires written consent.
- Social Media: We reserve the right to use selected images for our portfolio and social media promotion unless the client explicitly requests a “Private Gallery” in writing.
4. Delivery & Editing
- Timeline: Sneak peeks are delivered within 2-3 days. The full digital gallery is typically delivered within 2-3 weeks.
- Editing Style: We provide professional editing in our signature style. Raw (unedited) files are not provided to ensure the high-quality reputation of our brand.
- Album Production: For Wedding and Event albums, the layout must be approved by the client before printing. Once sent to the lab, no further changes can be made.
5. Client Responsibility
- Cooperation: We are not responsible for missed shots if key individuals are unavailable or uncooperative during the scheduled time.
- Permissions: For weddings and events, the client is responsible for obtaining any necessary photography permits for the venue.
