Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Retainer

A non-refundable retainer fee of [Insert %] is required to secure your date. Your booking is not confirmed until this payment is received. The remaining balance is due [on the day of/before] the shoot.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellation

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made by the client will result in the forfeiture of the retainer fee. In the rare event that yourones.clicks must cancel due to an emergency, a full refund of all payments (including the retainer) will be issued.

3. Artistic Style & Editing

By booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and approved the editing style of Prajwal M. We do not provide Raw (unedited) files, as our final edited work represents the high-quality standard of our brand.

4. Delivery Timeline

• Sneak Peeks: Delivered within 48–72 hours.
• Full Digital Gallery: Delivered within [2–4] weeks.
• Physical Albums: Production begins after the client approves the layout and takes [3–6] weeks for delivery.

5. Usage & Social Media

yourones.clicks retains the copyright to all images. Clients are granted a license for personal use (printing and social media). We reserve the right to use images for our portfolio and marketing unless a “Private Gallery” is requested in writing prior to the shoot.

6. Venue & Permissions

The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or paying any photography fees required by the venue or location. We are not liable for shots missed due to venue restrictions or uncooperative guests.

7. Liability

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, lost data, or illness, the liability of yourones.clicks is limited to the return of all payments made by the client for that specific session.
